Array Technologies Shares Decline on Private Placement

Array Technologies shares declined 15% in premarket trading on a private placement offering.
Shares were trading around $6.28. The stock is up 22% on the year.
The Albuquerque, N.M., solar-tracking solutions company said it intends to offer $250 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2031 in a private placement.
