JR Toll Road, a wholly-owned Reliance Infrastructure (NSE:RELINFRA, BOM:500390) has repaid the entire debt of 2.73 billion Indian rupees owed to Yes Bank (NSE:YESBANK, BOM:532648), according to a Monday filing with the Indian bourses.
JR Toll and the parent company, as a corporate guarantor, entered into an addendum to the settlement agreement with Yes Bank to repay the entire settlement amount.
The agreement has also resulted in the discharge of the company's obligation as a guarantor for the loan on behalf of JR Toll.
Reliance Infrastructure shares were up over 1% in recent trade.
