Quantum Computing Inc. (QCi) has announced a private placement of its common stock, aiming to raise $200 million. The company has entered into agreements with institutional investors for the sale of 14,035,089 shares at $14.25 per share. The transaction, led by prominent global investment firms, is expected to boost QCi's cash position to over $350 million. The proceeds are intended to support the company's commercialization efforts, strategic acquisitions, and general corporate purposes. Titan Partners Group, a division of American Capital Partners, is serving as the sole placement agent for the offering.
