Sunnova Energy International Inc. announced the completion of an asset transaction involving the sale of its New Home WIP Assets to Lennar Homes, LLC. The transaction, finalized on June 16, 2025, as part of an amended Solar Power System Purchase Agreement, saw Lennar acquire certain liabilities and assets related to system leases, sale contracts, and installed systems for approximately $15.2 million in cash.
