AlTi Global Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 16, 2025. During the meeting, stockholders voted to elect eight directors, all of whom were approved. Additionally, the appointment of KPMG LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, was ratified. An amendment to the 2023 Stock Incentive Plan, increasing the number of shares of Class A Common Stock available for issuance by an additional 9,010,000 shares, was also approved.
