Nephros, Inc. held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 16, 2025. During the meeting, stockholders elected Lisa Nettis to the Board of Directors. Additionally, the appointment of Baker Tilly US, LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified. All proposals presented at the meeting were approved by the stockholders.
