Array Technologies Inc. has announced its plan to acquire APA Solar, valuing the transaction at approximately $179 million. The acquisition is part of Array's strategy to enhance its balance of systems with APA's engineered foundation solutions and fixed-tilt mounting systems. This move will expand Array's product portfolio and increase its addressable market by nearly 40%. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. APA's senior management, including CEO Josh Von Deylen and COO Joe Von Deylen, will remain with the company post-acquisition. This acquisition is anticipated to be high-single-digit percentage accretive to Array's Adjusted EPS in the first year before synergies.
