Tse Sui Luen Jewellery (International) Ltd. has issued a profit alert indicating a significant reduction in losses for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The company expects to record a loss attributable to owners of no more than HK$200 million, marking a reduction of over 46% compared to the previous year's loss of HK$374.2 million. This improvement is attributed to decreased selling, distribution, and administrative expenses due to a successful business transformation strategy, increased profit from franchise operations in Mainland China, and a reduction of at least HK$80 million in non-cash adjustments related to asset impairment and inventory provisions. The audited annual results are anticipated to be published by the end of June 2025. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution in dealing with the company's securities.
