Walker & Dunlop, Inc. has successfully arranged a $125 million construction loan for the development of Cassi, a mixed-use property located in Miami's Design District. The project will feature 107 residential units, ranging from one- to three-bedroom options with dens, and include 23,000 square feet of retail space. Sean Reimer, managing director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, highlighted the project's favorable zoning and the thriving Miami economy as key factors in its development. The financing package was led by Amerant Bank and included Bank Hapoalim, with legal representation provided by Bilzin Sumberg and Greenspoon Marder. Cassi aims to deliver a luxury, amenity-rich experience in one of Miami's most culturally significant areas.
