CosmoSteel (SGX:B9S) received final approval from the Jurong Town Corporation for the disposal of the property at 90 Second Lok Yang Road, Singapore, to Tenda Equipment and Services for SG$9.0 million, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The approval was granted after all conditions for the disposal were fulfilled.
The disposal is expected to take place by the end of August, the filing added.
