Hasbro $(HAS)$: The toy maker laid off 3% of its workforce, amounting to about 150 employees, as part of a multi-year restructuring. The maker of Monopoly board games and Nerf blasters warned in April that tariffs could ultimately lead to layoffs.

Amazon.com $(AMZN)$: The company plans to reduce its workforce in the coming years because increasing use of artificial intelligence will eliminate the need for certain jobs.

Circle $(CRCL)$: Shares in the stablecoin issuer gained in premarket trading after the Senate passed the Genius Act, a bill to regulate the cryptocurrency. The recently listed company has called for guidelines to legitimize the industry.

Boeing $(BA)$: Investigators believe Air India Flight 171 had an emergency-power generator operating when it crashed last week, raising questions about whether the plane's engines functioned properly during takeoff.

Airbus (FR:AIR): The European plane maker said it would raise dividends in coming years, betting strong demand for aircraft will continue. It backed its annual delivery and financial targets, which exclude any tariff effects. Shares rose more than 3%.

La-Z-Boy $(LZB)$: The furniture maker reported mixed quarterly results and said it expects tariffs and a weak housing market to continue weighing on consumers.
