Korea Electric Power (KRX:015760) signed a memorandum of understanding with Latvian power distributor, AS Sadales tīkls, to collaborate on its advanced distribution management system, Grid-K ADMS, Pulse News reported Wednesday.
The platform allows real-time grid control and optimization of distributed energy resources. The partnership includes field demonstrations, joint research to improve grid operations, and strategic cooperation, the report said.
Shares of Korea Electric Power rose more than 2% at market close on Wednesday.
