Biofrontera AG has announced an update regarding its subsidiary, Biofrontera Inc., based in the United States. The German Biofrontera Group has deferred the receivables from Biofrontera Inc. amounting to EUR 1.8 million until June 22, 2025. This decision follows ongoing negotiations aimed at revising the existing license and supply agreement between the two entities. If both parties agree on a term sheet by the stipulated date, the payment period will be further extended until June 27. This extension reflects the commitment of both companies to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
