HSBC Holdings (HSBC) is considering ordering its global staff to show up in office at least three days per week, media outlets reported.
Chief Executive Georges Elhedery is having talks regarding a return-to-office policy with executives across the company, the Financial Times reported. However, no final decision has been made yet, the FT reported, citing a person familiar with the discussions.
HSBC UK has already told workers that they are required to spend at least 60% of their time either in the office or with clients, the report said.
HSBC did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
