Dycom Industries Inc. has announced amendments to its bylaws, effective June 13, 2025, removing mandatory retirement requirements for non-employee board members. The updated corporate governance guidelines set the retirement age for these members at 75 years. Non-employee directors may not stand for election or re-election if they have reached this age by the time of election. The board retains the discretion to waive the retirement policy for special circumstances for up to one additional term.
