Amazon (AMZN) said Tuesday it will host its extended Prime Day event from July 8 through July 11.
Amazon's vice president of worldwide Prime, Jamil Ghani, said to Reuters in an interview that Amazon is extending the event to four days because buyers have informed the company that they need more time to explore the deals.
