GL-Carlink Technology Holding Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 18 June 2025. The proposals included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and reports for the year ended 31 December 2024, and the re-election of Mr. Zhu Lei, Mr. Zhao Zhan, and Mr. Zhang Yong as executive directors, as well as Ms. Peng Chao as a non-executive director. All proposals were approved by the shareholders.
