Hanmi Semiconductor (KRX:042700) plans to invest 28.5 billion won in a new hybrid bonder-dedicated factory to support the production of next-generation premium high-bandwidth memory.
The investment will be made between Aug. 1, 2025, and Nov. 30, 2026, the chipmaker said in a Friday filing with the Korea Exchange.
