Applied Therapeutics Inc. has announced key leadership changes effective June 15, 2025. Evan Bailey, MD, has been promoted to Chief Medical Officer, succeeding Riccardo Perfetti, MD, PhD. Additionally, Dottie Caplan has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Patient Advocacy and Government Affairs. Dr. Bailey, previously Senior Vice President, Clinical Development, will lead the company's clinical development and medical affairs activities. Ms. Caplan, formerly Senior Vice President, Patient Advocacy and Engagement, will oversee advocacy efforts in her new role.
