National Fuel Gas Co. has announced a Consulting Services Agreement with Donna L. DeCarolis, the outgoing President of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, effective July 1, 2025. Following her retirement from the company, DeCarolis will serve as a consultant until July 1, 2028, assisting with policy consulting, New York State energy policy matters, and maintaining relationships with key energy policy contacts. She will be compensated with a monthly consulting fee of $15,000, totaling $540,000 over the three-year period. As part of the agreement, DeCarolis will be treated as an independent contractor without the authority to bind the company. The agreement includes provisions for non-disclosure, non-competition, and non-solicitation, and also provides DeCarolis with a personal computer and reimbursements for travel expenses related to her consulting services. Michael D. Colpoys will succeed DeCarolis as President of Distribution Corporation.
