Dong Yi Ri Sheng Home Decoration Group (SHE:002713) has failed to repay a 26.1-million-yuan loan plus interest of 883,825 yuan to Norma (Shanghai) Investment.
The home improvement service provider said it is negotiating with lenders but warned of potential penalties, lawsuits or asset freezes, according to a Thursday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of Dong Yi Ri Sheng Home Decoration Group were down 1% in recent trade.
