China Sunshine Paper Holdings Co. Ltd. held its annual general meeting on 20 June 2025. During the meeting, shareholders received and considered the audited financial statements and reports of the directors and auditors for the year ended 31 December 2024, which was approved. Additionally, a proposal to declare a final dividend of HK5 cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2024 was also approved.
