Miko International Holdings Ltd. has successfully completed the placement of new shares under a general mandate. An aggregate of 31,632,000 placing shares were successfully placed to no fewer than six independent third-party placees at a placing price of HK$1.35 per share. The completion of the placing took place following the fulfillment of all conditions set out in the placing agreement. This transaction has increased the total number of shares in issue from 187,314,000 to 218,946,000. The placing has not resulted in any of the new placees becoming substantial shareholders of the company.
