China Cinda Asset Management Co. Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Liang Qiang from his roles as executive director, member of the Strategic Development Committee, and President of the company, effective June 12, 2025, due to a change in work arrangement. Mr. Zhang Weidong remains Chairman, with the board consisting of executive directors Mr. Zhang Weidong and Mr. Zhao Limin, non-executive directors Mr. Chen Xiaowu, Mr. Zeng Tianming, and Ms. Zhang Zhongmin, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Lu Zhengfei, Mr. Lam Chi Kuen, Mr. Wang Changyun, Mr. Sun Maosong, and Ms. Shi Cuijun.
