Set to be completed and fully leased by November 2026, the venture underscores CDP's expertise in developing high-quality logistics facilities in key port markets. The financing was secured by IPA Capital Markets' Sunny Sajnani and Travis Headapohl through a national life insurance company, emphasizing the project's attractive scale and strategic location.
