Ms. Lam Po Chun, Jane has been appointed to the nomination committee, while Mr. Cheung Wai Yin, Wilson has been designated as the lead independent non-executive director. Additionally, Mr. Dai Cheng Yun has resigned from his role as a non-executive director to focus on personal affairs.
