China Daye Non-Ferrous Metals Mining Ltd. has announced that Mr. Liu Jishun will resign as an independent non-executive director and member of various board committees, effective 16 June 2025, due to reaching the retirement age. Mr. Kong Hua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. As of the announcement date, the board includes four executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
