Onto Innovation (ONTO) said Thursday it appointed Brian Roberts as chief financial officer, starting June 16.
Roberts most recently served as CFO of Sensata Technologies (ST), according to Onto.
Onto Innovation said CFO Mark Slicer will be transitioning out of the company and pursuing other opportunities.
