Shimao Group Holdings Limited held its Annual General Meeting on 12 June 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were put forward and approved. The shareholders received and adopted the audited consolidated financial statements along with the reports of the directors and the auditor for the year ended 31 December 2024. Additionally, Mr. Xie Kun and Mr. Zhao Jun were re-elected as Executive Directors, and Ms. Hui Mei Mei, Carol was re-elected as a Non-executive Director.
