New Hope Liuhe's (SHE:000876) revenue from pig sales in May slid 6% year on year to 1.97 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese pig producer sold 1.3 million pigs for an average of 14.59 yuan per kilogram during the month, compared to 1.4 million pigs sold for 15.42 yuan per kilogram in the preceding year.
