Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SHA:603799) completed the issuance of sci-tech innovation super short-term bonds worth 700 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The bonds has a 2.70% coupon rate and a term of 269 days.
China CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998) is the underwriter of the bond.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used to pay the Chinese cobalt producer's debt.
Huayou Cobalt's shares jumped over 3% in recent trade.
