A unit of Arts Optical International (HKG:1120) agreed to acquire an additional 10% equity interest in Stepper & Colors Opti Technology (Jiangsu) from Zhenjiang Changfan Optical Glasses for 11.2 million yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Stepper & Colors Opti Technology (Jiangsu) engages mainly in the design, manufacture, and sale of optical lenses.
Subsidiary Arts Opti Lab (Shenzhen) had previously acquired a 55% stake in the target in 2021. Following completion, the company will hold a 65% stake in the target.
