Kaiser Aluminum Corporation has appointed Glenda J. Minor as an independent director on its Board of Directors. Ms. Minor will serve as a Class II director with a term ending at the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders. She will also be part of the Board's audit and compensation committees. Ms. Minor is currently the CEO and Principal of Silket Advisory Services, with previous leadership roles at Evraz North America Limited and Visteon Corporation.
