CMC Magnetics (TPE:2323) acquired 250,000 shares of MediaTek (TPE:2454) for NT$319.1 million between May 22 and June 11 at an average price of NT$1,276.6 per share.
The purchase is part of the company's portfolio management strategy, the optoelectronic products manufacturer said.
