1041 ET - J.M. Smucker isn't fretting about the future of snacking even in the face of multiple headwinds. The company is up against consumers pulling back on certain discretionary purchases, focusing on healthier foods and using GLP-1 drugs. But executives on an analyst call say consumers will continue to snack while potentially opting for smaller portion sizes or less sugar. They say their focus is on giving consumers choice and options to work from. J.M. Smucker tumbles 14% on lower sales and a F4Q loss. (denny.jacob@wsj.com; @pennedbyden)
