Ragusa Minerals (ASX:RAS) has terminated its binding heads of agreement with Geopolymer Industries and its shareholders after conditions precedent outlined in the agreement were not met, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The company will continue progressing its Burracoppin rare earth elements and kaolin/halloysite project in Western Australia while actively exploring new value-enhancing project opportunities, the filing added.
