Glass-lined equipment manufacturer Standard Glass Lining Technology (NSE:SGLTL, BOM:544333) has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary in the US named Standard Engineering Inc., according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian bourses.
The new entity will engage in the business of industrial products and process equipment and leverage business opportunities in the US and other international geographies.
