Kingfore Energy Group (SHE:001210) plans to establish an equity investment subsidiary, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Monday.
The planned subsidiary, to be named Jinfang Xingsheng Investment, will have a registered capital of 50 million yuan, the Chinese heating company said.
