Newsmax Inc. has announced the appointment of Ambassador Paula J. Dobriansky to its Board of Directors, where she will serve on the Audit Committee. She joins former U.S. Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta, who was appointed to the Board earlier this year and serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. The Board now includes five members, including CEO Chris Ruddy. Newsmax has also issued full-year revenue guidance for FY 2025, expecting total revenue to range from $180 million to $190 million.
