Newmark Group Inc. has successfully arranged two new office leases at FarmWorks One, a premier Class A office property in Allen, Texas. The leases, totaling over 36,000 square feet, were secured with tenants Moss, a construction management firm from Florida, and MKA International, Inc., a construction consulting company from California. The transactions were managed by Newmark Executive Managing Directors Nathan Durham and Duane Henley, representing developer Bruce Heller of JayRyCo Development. FarmWorks One, part of the expansive 135-acre mixed-use development known as The Farm in Allen, offers modern amenities and is strategically located near dining and entertainment venues. Moss will occupy 25,815 square feet, while MKA International will take up 10,536 square feet. This development reflects the increasing demand for high-quality office environments with direct access to lifestyle amenities.
