The appointment of KPMG LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified. An amendment to the 2021 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan was approved, increasing the number of shares of common stock authorized for issuance by 800,000 shares. Additionally, an amendment to the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of the company's issued shares of common stock was adopted and approved.
