June 12 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

** U.S. private equity fund Lone Star has decided to sell its 75% stake in Novo Banco to French banking group BPCE in a deal that would value Portugal's fourth-largest lender at around 7 billion euros ($8.14 billion), Portuguese economic news outlet ECO said. nL8N3SF0XG

** The Baldwin Group subsidiary Westwood Insurance Agency has entered an agreement to acquire Hippo's homebuilder distribution network, the company said. nL6N3SF0IA

** German biotech firm BioNTech <22UAy.DE> has agreed to acquire domestic peer CureVac <5CV.DE> for about $1.25 billion worth of BioNTech shares, it said, to boost its work on new mRNA-based cancer treatments. nL8N3SF0MG

** India's Reliance Industries <RELI.NS> said it sold a stake worth 77.04 billion rupees ($900.8 million) in Asian Paints <ASPN.NS>. nL4N3SF0NR

** Investment firm Gordon Brothers has acquired Pepco Group's <PCOP.WA> struggling Poundland business for a nominal value and will invest up to 80 million pounds ($108.5 million) to help fuel its turnaround, the companies said. nL6N3SF0BM

** A unit of Credit Agricole <CAGR.PA> has agreed to buy Petits-Fils, the leading provider of at-home services for seniors in France, from Clariane <CLARI.PA>, it said. nTUABYKXKT

** Dana <DAN.N> will sell its off-highway business to Allison Transmission <ALSN.N> for $2.7 billion, the auto parts makers said on Wednesday. nL4N3SE1CK

** An Italian court rejected an appeal by Banco BPM BAMI.MI which had challenged the suspension of a takeover offer it faces by rival UniCredit CRDI.MI, the court's website showed. nS8N3Q809P

** Apollo Global Management <APO.N> and Irth Capital Management have approached Papa John's International <PZZA.O> for a deal that would take the U.S. pizza chain private, two people familiar with the matter said on Wednesday. nL1N3SE0XR
