Generation Mining Ltd. has announced a $10 million bought deal financing agreement with Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc., acting as the lead underwriter. The private placement offering involves 27,027,027 Units of the company at C$0.37 per Unit. Each Unit includes one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant, allowing the holder to purchase an additional common share at C$0.48 within 36 months after a specified period. The funds raised will be used for development at the company's Marathon Project and other corporate purposes. The company has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the Units for potential further proceeds of C$1.5 million.
