Anteris Technologies Global Corp. has announced changes to its Board of Directors effective June 7, 2025. Mr. Gregory Moss and Mr. David Roberts have been appointed to the Board, with Mr. Moss serving as a Class I Director and Mr. Roberts as a Class III Director. Mr. Moss will join the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, while Mr. Roberts will serve on the Audit and Risk Committee and the Compensation Committee. Additionally, Dr. Wenyi Gu has resigned from his position on the Board as a Class III Director, effective June 5, 2025.
