Seamec (NSE:SEAMECLTD, BOM:526807) signed a BIMCO Charter Party with Mubarak Bridge Maritime FZCO, Dubai, for the charter hire of its vessel SEAMEC III, according to a Friday filing on Indian bourses.
The vessel will operate off the West Coast of India to support round-the-clock offshore and subsea services, the filing said.
The firm charter period is 20 days starting June 5, with an option to extend, at a daily rate of $70,000.
The total contract value, including mobilization and demobilization, is estimated at $2.16 million, excluding GST, the filing said.
