Centurion (SGX:OU8) filed a listing application to the Singapore Exchange and submitted various applications to the Monetary Authority of Singapore in connection with the proposed initial public offering of a REIT
The details of the terms of IPO are still being finalized, and it is subject to approvals and execution of definitive agreements, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
This comes after the company said that it was exploring the possibility of a proposed transaction involving the formation of a real estate investment trust, which will be listed on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading.
Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent trading.
