The company's consolidated weighted average occupancy reached 80.0%, marking an increase of 190 basis points year-over-year and 20 basis points sequentially. This growth was propelled by robust move-in volume and strategic sales execution. For the same community, the weighted average occupancy climbed to 80.6%, reflecting a 20 basis point increase from April. Furthermore, the same community's month-end occupancy grew by 50 basis points sequentially to 82.1%, the highest month-end sequential increase recorded in the last nine months. In addition, the second quarter-to-date consolidated weighted average occupancy stood at 79.9%, indicating a 60 basis point sequential increase from the full first quarter. May 2025's month-end occupancy growth accelerated to 50 basis points sequentially from April, compared to a 30 basis point increase in the same period the previous year.
