Borosil Renewables Allots 583,905 Equity Shares on Warrant Conversion

Borosil Renewables (NSE:BORORENEW, 502219) allotted 583,905 fully paid equity shares of 1 rupee each following the conversion of warrants issued on a preferential basis, according to a Monday filing.

The warrants were initially allotted in February at an issue price of 530 rupees per warrant, with 25% paid upfront and the balance 75% payable on conversion, the filing said.

The allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to 133.1 million, divided into 133,050,653 equity shares, the filing said.
