COFCO Joycome Foods (HKG:1610) saw a hog production volume of 537,000 heads in May, with an average price of 14.63 yuan per kilogram for finishing hogs, a Monday filing on the Hong Kong bourse said.
The meat product producer sold 28,000 tons of fresh pork in the month.
From January to May, hog production volume stood at nearly 2.5 million heads.
