Broadway Technology to Go Public in SPAC Deal With Quartzsea

Broadway Technology is being bought by Quartzsea Acquisition in a special-purpose acquisition.

Broadway, a Chinese maker of cups and lids, said Friday it would be merged into Quartzsea's subsidiary Cuisine Universal Packaging Solution. The combined company will trade on Nasdaq under the symbol CUPS after the deal closes.

The boards of both Broadway and Quartzsea have approved the deal.
